I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Amsterdam) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was interviewed Effacts, part of Wolters Kluwer.
The overall process was fast:
- phone interview with recruiter
- onsite interview in Amsterdam office
They told about the company in general and what technology stack is currently using. The questions were pretty standard and they wanted to learn more about you as a person. No serious technical questions were asked.
Total interview took 1 hour. After they asked to write palindrome string program. You have 30 minutes to complete this task.
Next day recruiter contacted me and told me their response. The only negative part was the "poor" performance of recursive palindrome version. They tried to reduce expected salary because of this.
I quitted the process after this conversation. Seemingly they try to find someone average with below average salary.
Note: negotiate salary before moving on - don't waste 1.5 hour of your life.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Pune) in Oct 2018
Interview
2 stages of interview.
In the first stage, they conduct a coding round.A statement is given to you and accordingly you have to write a code in a programming language you are comfortable with.
If you clear the coding round they call you for F2F interview.
