Interview
First I got a phone screen with the recruiter. Then they asked me for a technical 1 hr phone interview with one of the developers. After that it was supposed to be an on-site interview but no. They asked me to do a 2 hr technical phone interview (in Office hours), although I think I did a good job I got rejected after that.
It’s difficult to have time for interviews when you are working, and it’s even more difficult to find 2 hrs spot, i got problems at my work for that interview. The standard length should be 1 hr max.If you require more than that, should be after office hours or a take home exercise so you can be mentally focused for that interview.

Primero entrevista con RRHH para explicar detalles del puesto y trayectoria personal. Luego entrevista tecnica con el Lead IOS con preguntas tecnicas, primero fáciles y luego cada vez mas complejas

Interview
Primero tienes una charla con RH, hay una breve conversación en inglés y posteriormente pasas a la prueba técnica. Son algunos ejercicios de programación, luego una entrevista con la líder.
El punto negativo es que a pesar de haber pasado las pruebas Wizeline no notificó status del proceso, tuve que buscar a RH, luego me dijeron que no continuaría en el proceso porque necesitaban un perfil con otras habilidades (las cuales no me preguntaron si tenia) obviamente sabia que me estaban rechazando y no insistí mas.
Al final pase las pruebas pero por alguna razón que desconozco me rechazaron sin previo aviso y demorando mucho en contestar.

Primero es una entrevista con RH, luego un phone screen de preguntas básicas de swift y al final es el onsite. Todo iba bien hasta el onsite, al final debes presentar tu código con los entrevistadores, su actitud fue arrogante durante todo el code review, terminando la entrevista te mandan muy poco feedback que no ayuda en mucho.
