Extremely large, around 4 month of hiring process with several interviews and test. If you fails a test then you are out. If you don't answer exactly what they want to hear, then you are out. Many chances to get out really.

After a first talk with the recruiter I was given a home assignment to solve. After investing time in it I got a reply from the recruiter that DS manager inspected my CV and didn’t see adequate experience with LLMs and some other points which even didn’t appear on the job description.
They made me waste time on their assignment only to take a look on my CV afterwards??? As I understood they even didn’t examine the answers. Worst experience ever!

Business case following an interview with a recruiter. The business case is revised and then they decide if to continue to further cycles of interviewing which I never made to (explanation following).

Question 1
Worst experience ever. They asked to work on a business case. I invested two days and sent it. And than the recruiter brought the “feedback” and the decision not to continue. The “feedback” didn’t have to do anything with the business case ,someone just decided based on resume without possibly looking at the business case. The feedback included skills that were never mentioned on the job ad. In other words they made me waste my time and energy working on their business case.
