      Customer Solutions Specialist - Tech Support Interview

      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wix (Miami, FL) in Oct 2017

      Interview

      I applied online, contacted maybe a week later to set up my first interview. I arrive 15 minutes early. I was given a test (very straightforward).. after completing it, I met with my interview (she was a team leader, unfortunately I cannot remember her name). She was amazing. about 5 minutes in, she says "If I could hire you now I would. Actually, let's see if we can bring in my manager for your second interview right now." Of course I was like "YES" So we finish up, she says I will be contacted the following day to talk with HR. Mind you, I was not given contact information to follow up. TWO WEEKS go by, I was contacted by HR to do a video interview. She basically just went through my resume. She says "Great, I will contact you on Friday (two days later) to give you more details." NEVER heard from her again! So I emailed her assistant to ask if it was normal for the company to NOT follow up. She replied with an AUTOMATED response that I did not have the job. By far, the biggest waste of my time. I was definitely qualified for the position and I was assured multiple times that I would have the job. Which is terrible because they seem like such a great company. The environment was amazing in Brickell. I would have loved to work for the company but they definitely need to re-evaluate their hiring process and the interviews!!!!
