Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at WithSecure as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 3 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). I was presented with several screenshots displaying various system logs, network traffic data, and directory content. My task was to analyze these visuals in real-time, identify potential security anomalies, and describe the possible threats.

Interview
The interview process seemed somewhat disorganized in terms of timing and coordination. I was contacted 40 days after submitting my assignment, which gave the impression that I might have been one of the last candidates in the funnel. I didn’t prepare extensively and approached the interview more to get a sense of the company culture.
During the session, few signs: the senior developer joined half an hour late, and the architect had to leave slightly early. Additionally, while the job posting encourages the use of AI tools, there were critical comments about their use during the discussion.
Overall, memorable experience, but I wish the team all the best moving forward.
