WithSecure interview questions

The interview process seemed somewhat disorganized in terms of timing and coordination. I was contacted 40 days after submitting my assignment, which gave the impression that I might have been one of the last candidates in the funnel. I didn’t prepare extensively and approached the interview more to get a sense of the company culture. During the session, few signs: the senior developer joined half an hour late, and the architect had to leave slightly early. Additionally, while the job posting encourages the use of AI tools, there were critical comments about their use during the discussion. Overall, memorable experience, but I wish the team all the best moving forward.

Great experience, amazing people. They make you feel comfortable, you dont feel like being interrogated. Quickly turns into a discussion on Machine Learning and AI. 4 hrs interview, Starts with talking on the project, then an algorithmic challenge, and later general questions and discussion.
