Now, Damian was not present at the interview and after some WhatsApp back-and-force, I just moved on, as all promises proved to be not reliable.
In overall I had the impression that the guy is not arrogant or similar at all, just really cannot manage things around him. Still, this is not good if someone wants to lead a company.
