Windward Studios Software Development interview questions

In a phone interview, some very basic questions were asked to assess programming knowledge and skills. This was followed by some questions about my experience programming and my projects from my resume. Another phone interview following this had some more technical questions and in-depth questions about my background, and experience as well as my interests, hobbies, etc. It all went smoothly, and they were completely respectful the whole way through.
