Sat in the conference room with team leader & assistant team leader. They had my resume and action plan. They reviewed it, asked me questions about it, and offered me the position.

How do you plan on making everyone on the team feel welcome?
Why whole foods? You could choose any other grocery store why not them and why Us. We have a good culture here and we also have a very very good staffing
