It was a fairly easy and straightforward interview. This was a screener interview, so I was not asked any behavioral questions, and the questions were all about my goals for my career and how Whole Foods aligns with those goals.

Phone screen, one on one interview, and final panel interview. The phone screen was very short and to the point. As long as you present yourself confidently and can testify with what's listed on your resume, you'll be considered a good candidate. Please, please, please read (even if it's briefly) about Whole Foods Market core values and mission statement prior to the phone screen because they may ask what value you like most. Showing you put thought into the company before hand will help immensely. The interview process moved quickly, and those involved were upfront with communication.
