I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2011
Interview
The interview process for any leadership position is grueling but educational and well worth it. The process teaches you a ton about yourself whether you get the desired position or not. Through the interview process you are encouraged to reach out to and take the time to get to know other people currently in the position and current members of the desired team. A panel of team leaders and team members are the end decision makers.

The interview was a panel interview with other team leads. They asked multiple situational questions and how I would handle certain things. Overall straightforward if you have problem solving skills.

I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Jacksonville Beach, FL) in Jun 2023
Interview
Super easy interview process. They asked basic questions, like where I lived, availability, and in what area I would like to work within the store. They asked why I would be a good fit for the position, how do I respond to new project assignments, and what I had learned from one of my mentors.
