Applied online for bakery and was given an interview in a week. They were flexible with interview times. I didn’t have any experience and this was okay for cashier position. Bakery required more experience. They had a minimum shift requirement and this was mentioned several times in the not quite 15 minute interview.

Relaxed interview process, hanged out in front of the store and answered questions. Offered a position on the spot and discussed benefits and next steps. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day a week.
The interview last about 30 minutes and I met with 3 people. They asked about my personal life, professional experiences, and talked a lot about the atmosphere of the store.
