Interview
It went very smoothly and I loved how the hiring manager kept me calm and at home as all interviews keep you nervous. Typical interview questions were asked and obviously, if they like you then either they will tell you they would like a 2nd interview with you. If they don't like you then they will say they will let you know. Lucky for me they wanted a 2nd interview the next day and I got the job.

Interview does not require drug test. Onboarding has quite a few trainings to attend prior to hitting the floor but all paid. Other floor team members also vouch for whether you get to stay on the team or not. They're eager to take on new team members so getting hired shouldn't be too difficult as long as you're a team player and open to learn and work hard.
After applying there was a brief phone screening to set up an interview. Following that was an in person interview where they asked a few basic questions and work out your schedule and set up an orientation date once your background check clears.
