Got a phone call and set up an in person interview after applying through the website. I interviewed with the Assistant Team Leader and it was a pretty straight forward process. It was pretty easy just make sure you tell them that you can work any shift available, that seems like it really helps chances.

When was a time you went above and beyond to satisfy a customer's needs?
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
