they asked some basic customer service questions and asked me to pull a shot and steam milk. the manager was friendly and i was able to speak to some other baristas. i thought it was a pretty standard interview.

Team manager already has a sheet with listed questions. He just went through them one by one. Interview lasted about 30mins. I received a phone call about the results within the next few days.

Interview process was straight to the point, clear and concise. Discussed availability, knowledge and job experience with a leader of one of the teams and was able to get all my questions answered.

On the phone they talked to me and then they asked me some questions and then I answered them badly and then they hired me that same day. And I guess they needed people because I was brought on seasonally but I stayed and they didn't tell me to stay.
