You go into the store or online and fill out a computerized job application form. In my case I went into the store and found a computer terminal for this purpose. If they like what they see they call you in for a face to face interview. I specified the job that I was looking for on the application and mentioned that this was the only thing that I was interested in if it became available. They called me in anyway to interview me for 3 other positions and made me an offer which I declined. I could make considerably more money elsewhere. If I had accepted i believe they said they would do a drug test and have and outside contractor do a background check so defiantly be prepared for this.
