Applied online and heard back quickly. Process consisted of a phone screen, take-home task, 1 round with several directors, and a final with their founder. They seem to do a mix of strategy, PR, and market research, so the take-home and questions centered on experience within these fields. I received a 2nd round very quickly after the first, but had to poke them a few times after that to hear they had chosen another candidate. The team was friendly but intense, which made for a fun interview overall.
