Interview
Recruiter screening, then a couple hours of technical interviews and talking about experience, then an interview with the VP to talk about salary expectations. It was pretty straightforward, and one of the better experiences I've had with an interview process. The technical side wasn't meant to be tricky, then there were a number of questions to assess experience.

Interview
I did multiple interviews with this company. 1 hours initially, followed by a 3 hour interview. These interviews took place during my work hours which cost me money. I made it clear that my experience with AWS Lambda was minimal and yet they saw fit to grill on AWS Lambda, and were patronizing at times. After I spent my time interviewing, they never gave any response - not even an email declining to offer me a job. I have no problem sending a resume and getting no response. That costs me nothing. But to spend 4 hours, possibly more, interviewing and then giving no response is disrespectful and inconsiderate of another person's time. Whistic personel should remember, that they are being interviewed as well as them interviewing. This is a burr under my skin I have needed to review for some time.

Interview
Met with them in their office. Had the usual technical interviews and a product interview. Had a chance to meet all the managers I would be working with and the team. They let me shadow them one day for a bit to see what their codebase and product was like.
