4 stage interview process that was clearly outlined from the start. Process moved very quickly. The Whatnot recruiting team was incredibly responsive, always providing an update within 24-48 hours of each interview. In a world we’re indecision and ghosting is prevalent, this goes a long way and is a good indicator of how they treat their employees. Each of the conversations gave me more insight into the company, the culture and the type of individual who thrives within their organization. While I was disappointed to not have received an offer after the final interview, I still walked away with a really positive impression of the team.

The interview process was extremely smooth! It took about 4 weeks, which is typical when entering an interview process. I was working with a great recruiter who kept me informed throughout. I got to meet with multiple members of the team I would be on, and business partners I would support. Everyone was professional and warm and on time!
