It was a great experience all together. The interview process took two and a half week. At first, I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Specialist, who elaborated on the expectations from the role. Then my rounds were scheduled one by one.
The first round was a screening round which was followed by two tech rounds. In the tech rounds my HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT skills were tested with live assignments.
The last round was a Business Interview round with the Senior Director of Customer Success where my career aspirations alignment with current role, role alignment with past experience, Whatfix research etc was evaluated and throughout the whole process I was guided by the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Every round of discussion was a learning experience for me. The whole process was both exciting and unprecedented for me.
