Interview
The interview was fairly straight forward with no trick questions. The environment was relaxed and non intimidating.
I previously contracted to WPBTS and therefore had a previous working relationship with them. I doubt this would have changed the interview process.
They a great bunch who managed to retain their staff for decades 😉
