      Program Associate Interview

      12 Aug 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WestEd in Jun 2022

      Interview

Extremely long and frustrating process. After I applied it took multiple months to receive an initial interview request. Hiring coordination was very unorganized and multiple weeks would pass in between sets of interviews. After my third interview, I waited over a week without hearing any news at all, so I reached out to the hiring coordinator to see what was going on and they never replied. I ended up getting a rejection email from another person a few days later. After stringing me along for nearly 6 weeks, is an email really sufficient? Truly unfortunate because the interviews themselves were great, lots of thoughtful questions and the folks on the team seemed wonderful to work with.
