After scheduling a phone screen, the invite was updated with another name a couple of hours in advance of the call. 2 names were on the invite and I didn't know who I was supposed to actually talk to. I asked the recruiter and didn't get a response. Then I got stood up for the call. After rescheduling I was finally able to have a phone screen. The second round was in-person and I was left hanging afterwards. They said it would be a couple of weeks, as they were still interviewing other candidates. Fine, but now it has been more than 6 weeks and I have not been contacted at all. My follow-up emails to the recruiter have been ignored. If you aren't interested in a candidate, fine. That's part of the process. But at least have the professional courtesy to respond to a candidate who has been in the interview process!
