It was a good process with 3 interviews, every interview testing different aspects of the person, all of them were so good, with good questions, good communication and all of it you can ask any doubt you have, it was a pretty good process

Processo básico de falar com o recrutador, conversar sobre o cargo e a squad na qual você vai participar em tese. Depois disso, é agendada uma etapa técnica que consiste em um exercício de programação, num estilo meio live coding
O processo tem uma conversa com o rh, um live coding, um problema de system design e uma entrevista com gestão. Me senti muito confortável e ao mesmo tempo desafiado. Tudo muito organizado.
