Easy interview process, there are only 2 rounds to go through to access your experience and skills, no assignments are required. Interview Questions - Describe experience - Will candidate be okay with the responsibilites - Is candidate comfortable holding training and presentations
Unstructured interview. CEO will reach out first, then have another person do it instead. Second round will be with the CEO, worse; no scheduling, late reply, her time is more important than yours.
