Hi there, sorry to hear you had this experience. When we set a task it is after an interview, so I am investigating why you did a design task prior to interview as that is not how we do things. We do as part of our processes get back to all candidates, but there is a chance we can have missed getting back to someone and I apologise if this has happened in this case. As we have had feedback on this we have improved our processes to ensure we will do better at getting back to all candidates.
