I applied to this position about 8 days after it was posted. I should have known they probably already had candidates lined up and that I was just someone to add to the diversity pool. Recruiter reached out to me and had a brief 20 min phone call. They then had me complete a two exercise assignment- one drafting a corporate wide comm about phishing and another one about the importance of security training for CSRs. 2 days after submitting, I get the rejection email. Waste of time and energy. Listen up Webflow, you ought to assign the exercises for candidates in later stages of the interview process. Don’t waste our time and steal our ideas and work. That’s an hour of my time that I’m not getting back and now my work is in your hands. It’ll really make building that security program easier eh? Very disappointed.
