4 stage interview process plus initial screening with a recruiter, which is quite frankly ridiculous.
1st stage interview was with a HR Person in France who first told me they didn't read my CV and proceeded to ask me very basic questions that weren't particularly relevant to the role, and also told me they wouldn't be able to answer any questions I had.
2nd stage was a great interview experience.
3rd stage was more of an informal chat and I was told there would be another round of interviews after this. Sadly I never heard back after this and didn't get a response to the emails I sent following up. Dragging a candidate through screening and then three separate interviews without providing any communication on the outcome is incredibly poor recruitment practice.
