Made it to the last interview in their 4-step interview process and got an automated rejection a week later. Red flag #1: 4 interviews and absolutely none disclosed pay!! Do not put time and effort into their 4-step interview process because it is NOT worth. The only jobs offering 4-step interviews should be jobs paying more than 80k; the entry-level for this job is 50k if that. I had many people discourage me from continuing the process simply because it seemed sketchy. The copy-paste automated rejection email I received was an absolute slap in the face to the time and effort I put into these interviews. I even did job shadows and was in their office for over 2 hours---I wasn't even told I'd be doing job shadows, which was alarming. They are not transparent with you at all of where you stand in the interview process, and every single person that interviewed me had the same responses/answers, which made it feel extremely scripted. A lot of the answers to questions I asked were weirdly vague.
All of the employees interviewing me were incredibly nice, this is not at all a jab at their character, this is the company and their processes.
I am SO glad I did not receive an offer at the end of the day because I got offered a job recently with higher pay, more aligned with my career goals, and less time-consuming interview process for entry-level! Please don't waste your time like I did, I deeply regret it. They prey on desperate job-seeking college students for a reason. In such a tough job market right now, this company is absolutely awful and inconsiderate of your time. It's not worth it.
