Web Summit Event Production Manager & Event Producer interview questions

The entire process was drawn out and a bit of a waste of time in the end. The recruiter took ages to respond between interviews and asked if I'd be interested in another position. The second interview was essentially the same as the first, just with another person. I got the feeling these individuals did not quite understand what they were looking for and needed for the position. Relevant and extensive experience seemed to be low priority focusing on non-industry related questions. I asked what their goals were and what their expectations were of the new hire, but was given no answer. Between interviews and rejection, it took quite some time to get responses having to constantly remind and follow up on details. From reviews and this experience, I agree that there seems to be an air of unprofessionalism, lack of skill/experience and lack of direction within the company. I've seen jobs reposted a lot which is odd and curious if they're actually hiring, or attempting to raise awareness in some strange way. At any rate, I'm sure they've chosen the proper candidate for their company.
