Interview
It consisted of me talking to an HR person of the company regarding the position and what was expected of me. The discussion was very pleasant and focused on the important aspects. This helped us figure out quickly that what I was looking for was not what the company was looking for and saved both parties a lot of time.

Interview
A first screening call, then there was supposed to be a coding challenge.
Interviewer rescheduled a few times (once 5 minutes before the call, and another time 2 minutes before the call).
They wasted my time after I made sure to mention I needed visa sponsorship and they assured me they do provide that, but then kept complaining about the time that would take when I finally got on a call with them
