Overall the interview was 3 calls: 1 with recruiter, then 1 casual one with the team, followed by a coding test, followed by a final interview where we talked about my coding submission. Lengthy process overall, but that’s not the issue. The position was listed as 100% remote, but that goal post got changed. Each interview took weeks in between, and after 4 total processes and two ‘thank you but what is the status’, they never sent me a follow up. Finally, a month later they asked if I was available for contract in several months. I said a confirmation, verbal agreement, and never heard back. Overall I enjoyed Weatherflow and its team but the interview process was lengthy and lacked any sort of communication with their decisions. The salary was significantly under market value and I took a job elsewhere
