Poorly conducted , with decreased sallary offer than initially given. Phone interview followed by onsite testing, technical part and hr consulting. They've called after 3 days to give me offer over the phone, and 2 weeks later to give me salary reduced offer and position for which I haven't been recruited for initially. Cheating company and unprofessional hr.
Very thorough and to the point. Very enjoyable. The interviewees seemed to be very nice people. They were easy to speak to and were not trying to catch you out.

Interview
Very positive interview process. Started with a HR screening that led to an interview with a senior developer and product manager, who delved into technical expertise and asked some questions around C# .NET, OOP in general, and SQL. This led to a final interview with the head of development and the head of strategy, where culture fit and competency questions were asked. I received the offer the next day.
