The discussion with engineers was good, but the meetings were initially being postponed because the recruiters couldn't align themselves and everyone was on holidays. After all the rounds, they say "we need more experience" which clearly was missed from the first round. They should know what and who they need instead of waiting till the last round to notify about this. I think the communication is weak and they just push more candidates to be interviewed.
