WeGeNet HR Manager interview questions

Disappointed and frustrated. Extensive duration which spanned over 2 months and included three different individuals. I was unexpectedly asked to prepare a proposal but was ultimately declined based on the reasoning that the requirements were not outlined in the JD nor discussed in the previous interviews. It is disheartening to learn that my efforts and creative input have been taken without proper acknowledgement or attribution. They are unauthorized use of my proposal and ideas. Reflecting on the entire process, I question the true necessity of the role for which I applied. The discrepancies in the job requirements, coupled with the perceived lack of transparency, have led me to question the integrity of the company and its communication practices.
