Waystar Technical Support Analyst interview questions

I interviewed by phone, went in within a couple of week for a face to face interview, and then a few months later, I was hired. The in person interview was conducted by two people where they typical questions are asked about my work background, my customer service skills, and how to use a pencil for other than writing with it.
