I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Waterlily (CA)
Interview
The process was long but rewarding. It took about a month from start to finish and included a video submission, a detailed take-home assignment, culture-fit conversations, reference checks, and a final call with the CEO. The team is extremely thorough with hiring and clearly prioritizes getting the right people onboard—not just for skill but also for alignment with the team and mission.

Question 1
I don’t recall a specific question word-for-word, but most of the questions were designed to understand how I think and work, rather than just test hard skills. The focus was more on personality, communication, and problem-solving style than standard technical questions.
make you record a 10 minute video and complete a 1.5 hour case study before even speaking with a human. The process is very impersonal and asks a lot of the interviewees time while giving us none of theirs.
