Washington Market School interview questions

It was very casual and consisted of a school tour, supervisor/lead teacher observed me w/ children and a formal interview with the owner and site supervisor. I brought my teaching portfolio and the team looked at it and asked questions. They asked about my knowledge of various teaching theorists and what my experience with working with families was. It was a very positive experience. I know that if you are joining a teaching team, the other existing employees have to approve you to be hired. It is a joint decision between admin and teachers.
