I applied on the Disney Careers site on June 19th, and after 4 rounds of interviews (10 total interviews), I started after Labor Day on September 3rd, 2024. Yay! 1st round - Technical Recruiter 2nd round - Hiring Manager 3rd round (3 sets of 2-person panel of interviewers) - Leaders from Engineering, and Product 4th round (2-person panel of interviewers) - Leaders from Technical Program Management What resonated with them was that I had lots of verifiable certifications, and experiences from several famous companies. I heard that it was down to 2 people, and I beat out a Ph.D. to get this job owing to the fact that I could hit the ground running as I had experience doing this sort of a role at several other large consulting firms in the past.
