I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Houston, TX) in May 2021
Interview
My interview process was much shorter than I expected, in total only a screening call and a 15 minute interview with the hiring manager. The position was tagged as a "Project Hire" and I asked both the recruiter and hiring manager to clarify what that meant and each deferred to the other. It wasn't until the third interview when I was offered the job that I was told that Project Hire meant I was employed as part of a Transactional Service Agreement and that agreement had an end date in a little over 6 weeks from my start date. Additionally, they would be compensating me at around 75% of the industry standard.

Interview process ended up being a three-step process. Initially contacted by HR recruiter for a phone interview. Once approved, a longer, in-person interview was set up with the same recruiter. Then, a final interview with the hiring manager. Once hired, Disney puts everyone through a 2 day seminar covering company culture and the basic expectations of employees.
