I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2020
Interview
You first walk down a pretty nice hallway illustrating the golden years of Disney. You are met with a receptionist who will take your reservation info that you would have gotten online during the application process.
Wait patiently and watch some Disney shows if they still have TV’s in there, it’s designed to make you feel relaxed.
The recruiter will meet you, shake their hand, (Make sure to dress professionally in business attire). You’ll be asked why you want to work here, and your background. Make sure you keep your mindset in a family friendly attitude and you’ll be fine, try to form your answers in a way that will help them understand you are down to earth, calm under pressure, and willing to go above and beyond for the Guests you will be serving.
