Interview
The managers are very friendly to us.We first talked about how I know about the culture of the company. Then they asked something about my resume, about my major and the connection between my major and the position. We had an interesting discussion and continued with a dummy data test to see how I am familiar with data and the content to work on and the meaning behind the data. Everything goes well and they also asked me to do a work when I was at home. I submitted it a few days later and they were totally impressed and gave me the offer.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
