My interview experience was internal. External would go through Casting building, phone screening first, then in person interview along with standard background checks before hire. As internal, it was three panel interviews. Understanding the business, the focus on the guests, new products like Magic Bands, cast development, and equally important your own skills, what you bring to the table and why you want this position. Each person takes turns asking the questions. Panel consists of high level and equal leaders. As in any interview, keep eye contact, dress professionally, wear your nametag if your Disney already, keep answers to 2 minutes or less. If you need to ask for a question to be repeated, only once. Show your enthusiasm for the job, hand gestures or leaning in to answer. Use Disney verbiage - Guests, Cast Members, customer care, the BASICS, Leadership Time Plan, and so on. Know your audience and practice your answers.
