Really laid back and fun! Interviewer was very nice and excited, so if you’re relaxed and confident in yourself and the answers you give, the interview itself should go smoothly. Make sure to really share your excitement and fit key words in like the 5 keys to really make you shine!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Apr 2014
Interview
You have to first put in an application online. I received about a week after an invitation to complete a web based interview. They are trying to find out how you would react to certain situations and how your personality fits Disney best. After completing the web based I was offered a telephone interview about two weeks later. The whole process took about a month and you get an offer through email in the end with a time frame to either decline or accept for the role they have given you.
