I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (London, England) in May 2015
Interview
I thought it was going to be Magic. I've worked for Disney Stores before as a Guest Center Advisor behind the stage and I was expecting so much more! It was the 10 of us in a cold room. (The interview I had before happened in an office all Disney decorated, It was a dream!). I was the oldest. It started wrong when the girl next to me introduced me in such a bad way! She just talked to much! That really put me off. I also read interview tips here and I was ready for some Disney Magic to happen but nothing. I'm a very bubbly person, passionate for Disney. I was very good at my old job and this should have been just brilliant but it turned up to be awful! And I admit I sucked. I sucked because I didn't feel at ease at all and I couldn't therefore show my personality. Everything I said turned up to be just stupid and nonsense. Also I was the only one smart dressed. I looked ridicolous! They maybe shoud tell you to dress casual. It was a shame. For me and for them as I could have been really good at my job especially because I new already how to please a Guest in a Magic way. The minute I walked off I new already that wasn't the place for me. I think I can deliver Dreams in a better way behind the Stage, via emails and Social media. I was brilliant at doing that...
They also told us we'd have heard from them in within 2 days and it took them a whole week to reply. Good job I didn't turn down some other offers I had!
Also I received an email telling be to bring a passport size picture (which I spent 5pounds for) and a copy of my passport etc but i wasn't asked for any of those.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Aberdeen, Scotland)
Interview
I had a group interview, we all sat around a table and were asked both individual questions and worked in groups with management walking around listening to us,
It was pretty laid back
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
