Applied online, and set up a phone interview with a recruiter about 2.5 weeks later. It went well, and was moved to the next round. That interview seemed to go fairly well too, but did not receive an offer.
Everyone was extremely friendly throughout, and each timeline was communicated well.

did a behavioral phone call interview with recruiter (they asked about my resume/experience with the technologies on the job listing and why i want to work at disney) -> did a hiring team behavioral video call interview a few weeks later
The first round was a simple phone screening. We discussed some logistics, as well as my background and experience on my resume. I did not progress to the next round but I was told it would be a behavioral interview.
