Interview
Interviewing happened over the course of a week-long 25 person trip to Glendale. I interviewed formally with two hiring managers which led to no offers. The interview that resulted in an internship opportunity consisted of an informal conversation with the person who would be my lead during an informal reception. The initial conversation did not conclude with an offer, rather an offer was made after months of silence from Disney.

Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director

The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
