A phone screen first, pretty basic questions about my background and also testing my knowledge of the Disney parks, restaurants, etc. Also asked about my basic knowledge of Disney Vacation Club and timeshare. I was invited to an in-person interview, it was half job-shadow and half interview. They had someone ride up with you on the elevator who was very chipper and excited to point out she gets to wear jeans to work. The person I job shadowed was a little grouchy and felt like she was 'going through the motions' of the job, no real enthusiasm for it. The interview was pretty basic, two managers and myself in an office setting. No particular questions stand out to me.
