Applied online, quick phone call and then assessment centre day with group tasks, individual branding task and individual interview. the online application included covering letter and CV and the phone call was to say can you come to an assessment centre

Interview
The recruitment team was great and responsive. However, the hiring manager of the Disney+ team did not even look straight at the screen nor camera during the entire duration of the interview. All I saw was the left side of his face.

I was asked a lot about the exact day to day duties of the a PR professional, what services and which agencies I have had worked with, down to exact budget, all of which seemed strange for a hiring manager to be asking for such minute details.
