I applied online and received an email from one of the recruiters. My first interview with with an SVP, along with one of her colleagues, over the phone. They were interested to hear why I was interested in working for Disney and why I thought I would be a good fit for the role. It was a short introduction conversation. Later, I received a follow up to schedule another phone interview with a lower level manager. This interview was more question intensive.
