I applied with a CV and Cover Letter in December 2016 and received an invite to an assessment centre in Hammersmith, London in Feburary 2017. There were 10 of us in my group interviewing for 2 roles and the day consisted of the usual group teamwork activities and we were taken out one by one for a competency interview. Make sure you are enthusiastic and show an interest for the company and position.
